Established as a joint venture by Foxconn Group and Yulon Group in 2020. Combining Yulon’s vehicle development platform, and Foxtron strong global market supply chain management, key component manufacturing, mechanical engineering, and system integration capabilities, driving and offering an open platform business model and solution to the global customers. HHTD Hon Hai Technology Day
New company release
HHTD 20 (Foxconn Technology Day), Foxconn CEO Yangwei Liu and Yulon group Chairman Lilian Yan Chen announced the establishment of the joint venture Foxtron together. Foxtron vice Chairman of Zisheng Zuo also introduced the architecture of the open EV platform at that event.
